FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions
How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Simple, head over to our Contact Us page and send us an email or give us a call. We take offers first come first serve… and telephone tends to be the quickest.  Once you connect with us and you want to purchase the property, we’ll require an earnest deposit to secure your offer on that property. We’ll answer any of your questions so you feel 100% comfortable and confident in your decisions.

Are you a real estate agent?

No, we are simply a small family owned business that helps make property ownership available to everyone.

How often do you add new investment land to the site and VIP Buyers List?

We’re always sourcing new investment land… and add new properties to this site on a continual basis. The best way to be the first to know about new properties is to join our VIP Buyers List.  This will ensure you’re the first to know about new properties or special discounts on current properties.

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

No.  We are very transparent on any fees you’ll be charged.  If you’re using our owner financing option, you’ll need to pay the one time Document Processing Fee to set up the contract.  On your monthly billing cycle, the only fees you’ll see will be for the Note Servicing (we use a 3rd party to manage your loan which provides transparency and peace of mind) and pro-rated taxes.

Why are your properties so cheap?

You’ll find land investment properties on this site are discounted around 20% to 50% because of our proprietary marketing systems that get in touch with landowners who need to sell their property. Often times they may want to sell because they need the money so our company can help them out by buying their raw land quickly for cash… which is a win-win. Then, we pass the discount along to you.

Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property

We are always interested in hearing what kind of property you’re looking for.  We are always looking at new markets and your input will help us as we search for new property.
